Customer Remedy
Our company's entire liability, and the purchaser's exclusive remedy,
shall be a refund of the price paid or replacement of our products, at

laws rules. Any legal action arising out of this Agreement shall be
litigated and enforced under the laws of the State of California,
County of Alameda. In addition, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction
of the courts of the State of California, and that any legal action
pursued by you shall be within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts
of Alameda County in the State of California, USA.
The terms constituting this offering are set forth in writing on this
Web site. You hereby agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the
State and Federal Courts located in Alameda County, California, U.S.A.
to resolve any disputes or litigation hereunder. Whether or not

PILOT
For those participating in the Pilot Program of the Keys to the CASTLE
Program, you agree to comply with all terms involved with your
participation which include but is not limited to reading and
completing each and every lesson and providing written and/or oral
feedback based on each and every lesson. In exchange, you will be able
to participate in the program at a greatly reduced rate.You understand
that the lessons will be distributed on a daily basis, five days per
week, for up to eight (8) weeks. By participating in the Pilot Program
of the Keys to the CASTLE Program, you agree that your comments can and
may be used for further development and promotion of the Keys to the
CASTLE Program. You understand that failure to comply, can and will
result in the immediate termination of your membership. You also
understand that the sharing of the content or discussion of the content
with non participants in any form or manner that includes but is not
limited to in writing, verbally, via electronic transmission or other
without the explicitly stated and written consent of the creators of
the Keys to the CASTLE Program can and will result in immediate
termination and legal consequences.
